1. Personal Use License

By purchasing a digital map from MAPSell, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for personal purposes. This includes:

• Printing for personal wall art (Home or Office).
• Printing on physical goods like apparel, mugs, or posters for personal use or gifts.
• Inclusion in personal, non-commercial design projects.
• Using as a background for personal devices.

2. Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing the digital source files.
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the map designs.
• Redistributing the files on public galleries or stock websites.

Note: While you may sell physical prints of these maps, you must never claim credit for the original design or call it your own creation.

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All map designs, themes, and code on MAPSell.art are the intellectual property of MAPSell. Purchasing a map does not transfer ownership of the original design or copyright.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a download link is accessed, we cannot offer refunds.
